I forget my holiday.


So I had gone my holiday.


It was so sad.


It was going to Paris.


나의 휴가를 까먹었다.

그래서 날아가버렸다.

매우 슬프다.

파리가는것이였다.


I can't say anything that it was my wrong.

나의 잘못이기에 아무말도 할수가 없었다.

-- When expressing quantity we need to pay attention to whether it is a countable or uncountable noun.


- countable nouns

a- They are the names of separate objects, people ... which we can count. 

They have both singular and plural forms:

a/one book two books

a/one man two men

b- They take singular or plural verb forms

This banana is delicious.

These bananas are delicious.


- Uncountable nouns

a- They are the names of things we do not see as separate and 

Which we cannot count.    They have no plurals:

milk    weather    money

b- They take only singular verbs:

The weather was very hot.

Milk is good for you.

c- Notused with a/an/one...


Below you have a list of some Quantifiers.

Some are used with countable nouns,

others with uncountable ones.

Some can even be used with both.


Countables(apple/apples)    Uncountables(cheese)

a lot of(lots of)/ plenty of


a(n) / some / (a) few / not many    some / (a) little / not much

not any, no


= Some

- for Affirmatives

- for Offers and Requests

- for QUestions where the answer 'yes' is expected:


= any

- for Negatives

- or in Open Questions


= much/many/a lot of

- much/many are use in Negatives

- or in interrogatives

- a lot of is used in Affirmatives

We form the Past simple of regular verbs by adding -ed to the verb:


There are some exceptions:


verbs ending with -e:


verbs ending with a consonant and -y:


most verbs ending with on vowel and one consonant:



-- Many verbs have an irrgular Past simple form


-- We form the negative with didn't and the infinitive


We form questions with did and the infinitive


-- We use the past simple to talk about an action or situation in the past which is finished.

We often say when it happened


-- We can use the past simple with for to talk about something that continued for a period of time, and ended in the past

never    hardly ever    rarely    occasionally    sometimes    often    usually    always
